Klättermusen is now seeking to hire a passionate Production and Collection Manager to join the Brand and Marketing team in Stockholm, reporting directly to Global Head of Marketing.
About the position
Klättermusen is now currently looking to hire a full time Production and Collection Manager. The Production and Collection Manager is key in this high paced environment where things turn around quickly. You will be responsible for all studio productions from brief to execution. Have full responsibility of the full collection, making sure it is available and complete for all incoming projects.
As the Production and Collection Manager, you are the operational link between the Marketing department, other functions within Klättermusen, as well as external partners.
Your responsibility is ultimately to lead studio production and to manage all on-going collections from brief to execution.
The position is based in Klättermusen's office in Stockholm with the opportunity to work occasionally in Åre.

What you’ll do
Studio Production
- Plan and produce monthly and seasonal studio schedules, set timelines, and take full responsibility for final delivery.
- Establishing working processes and communication between departments and external stakeholders to ensure high quality and on time delivery.
- Work closely with digital team to assure all studio production is produced according to brief and needs.
- Proactively search and evaluate external providers, such as production agencies, stylists.
- Brief and lead production agencies and stylists in operations, monitor pre- and post-production workflow.
- Act as producer on-set when required, work closely with internal and external teams.
- Ensure execution according to set goals, budgets, directions, and framework.
- Assistance and coordination, as requested, on additional production such as campaigns.
Collection Management
- Manage the full collection of physical sample products in Stockholm - ensure all available products are correctly labelled, organized and ordered for necessary season.
- Ensure all samples are tracked and in the right place according to production calendar and projects.
- Be a user - have a big product focus and work closely with Product and Sales team to understand each product.
- Communicate with Product and Sales team to understand how products and product features should be presented, ensuring final delivery of assets matches final products.
- Responsible of all loans and tests of marketing collection products to internal and external partners, managing from request to return.
Your Background / What you have
- +3 years of work experience from relevant roles.
- Strong verbal and written professional communication skills, in both English and Swedish.
- Experience of working in Excel and PowerPoint.
- An ability to operate efficiently and autonomously.
- Experience from leading photo shoots and other productions.
- Extensive experience of project management.
- An ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines and requests.
- Proactive in developing efficient systems and identifying areas of process optimization.
- Meticulous attention to details and deadlines.
- Basic graphic design and retouch skills
- Educational background in photography and/or marketing is meriting.
