Now, we are looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to join the small, but mighty team in Stockholm.
The Social and Content Manager is a digital expert responsible for driving the artists' online presence through social media strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth. In this hands-on role, the specialist works closely with the Marketing Director, the artists, and agency partners.
You will be working with content creation, publishing, audience interaction, ads management, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Artist Collaboration: Work closely with artists to develop authentic, engaging content that aligns with their voice and audience. Ensure consistency across all social media channels.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Hands on short-form video production and content for key platforms. Develop content calendars based on artist milestones and marketing goals.
- Project Management & Budgeting: Oversee agency content production timelines, approvals, and budgets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with the Marketing Director and external partners to synchronize social media efforts with music releases and marketing campaigns. Manage community engagement and interactions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, provide reports, and stay on top of trends and competitive analysis to improve content strategy.
- Production & Activation: Daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring. Content creation and external shoots to ensure high-quality visual assets.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years proven experience managing and creating content for social media for artists or brands.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok,Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Creative, with a focus on data-driven strategies and results.
- Experience with managing paid social ads and ads budget.
- Content editing skills in Adobe CreativeSuite, Canva, and/or other software.
- Proactive mindset and self starter.
- Excellent project management and a team player.
- BONUS: Worked with international expansion and GTM for artistsand new genres.
