Livly Welcomes New Managing Director:

​Swedish childrenswear brand Livly, founded by the visionary entrepreneur Lisa Carrol, has entered an exciting new chapter with the recruitment of Alexandra Adler Lundahl as its new Managing Director. 

A brand built on heritage & vision

Livly was born from Lisa Carrol’s personal story – inspired by her twin daughters & a desire to create timeless, comfortable & elegant childrenswear with an international flair. Since its inception, the brand has become synonymous with Scandinavian minimalism blended with playful luxury, making it a favorite among parents in Sweden and far beyond. Lisa’s dedication and creative leadership have built Livly into one of the country’s most recognized premium childrenswear labels. Bringing in a new Managing Director marks a natural evolution for the company, as it looks to strengthen its growth & international presence while continuing to honor its founding values.

A proven leader from Björn Borg

The new Managing Director, Alexandra Adler Lundahl, brings with her an impressive background in sales, brand building & international business development. Most notably, she has spent several years at Björn Borg, where she played a key role in expanding the brand’s collections, strengthening retail partnerships & driving international growth. Her ability to transform creative concepts into scalable, commercially viable collections has been a hallmark of her career.

Alexandra has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities: energetic, strategic & results-driven, while also being a charismatic leader who inspires her teams through a balance of autonomy & support. She has successfully opened new sales channels, worked with major retail partners & overseen business transformations that have positioned brands for long-term success.

Her operational expertise is equally strong. With a solid financial acumen & a collaborative approach to working with CFOs, marketing teams & product developers, she ensures that strategic vision & execution go hand in hand. Known for her ability to unite creativity with commerce, she has consistently delivered strong growth & brand integrity.
