Institutional Sales Manager / Director (Stockholm) to International leading investment management company. The Company offers Institutional sales to leading asset managers, pension funds and family offices. The company offers investment strategies in most asset classes and the Stockholm based role will be to cover the Nordics to a large built up investor base as well as creating new business.
The Company was founded in 2005 & is a leading provider of specialised asset management services and investment solutions to Institutional Investors, Family Offices and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. The Company’s vision is to facilitate and deliver seamless access to the very best investment opportunities, advice, structuring, execution and client service available.
The Company has approximately 40 employees and + 12 bn USD in assets under management/advice.
The Company has had a very fortunate success and is now growing and is looking for an Institutional Sales Manager / Director, based at the Stockholm Office. You will identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional investors and investment consultants in assigned institutional market channels.

We are looking for a person with:
- demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects experience. Managing client relation and working with multiple assets classes / building business
- excellent sales skills and in-depth product and broad investment knowledge
- approximately 7-10+ years of working experience from a similar position
- relevant experience in Investment/Wealth Management or Financial Services / working with multiple assets classes
As person you have/are:
- high integrity
- self-propelled / have an entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to close business
- strong communication and presentation skills in English (and Swedish)
- ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organisation
- general understanding of the financial markets and investment vehicles
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA and/or CFA preferred
- Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated track record
